Carter B. Webb is an attorney in the Asheville office. He was born in Asheville, but his family moved to Columbia, South Carolina when he was four years of age. Carter began with Strauss & Associates in 2011 and works in the Estate Administration Department. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Bar.

In 1993, Carter graduated from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina and shortly thereafter started working as a systems analyst for Palmetto GBA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina. With a wife and two children, Carter left the workforce to attend law school. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law and subsequently took a job with the University of South Carolina of Medicine as the Assistant Director of Legal Affairs and the Privacy Officer.

Carter is married to Leigh and they have two young children, Reagan and Beckett, who both keep them busy.
