Patrick D. Newton is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law based in our Hendersonville, North Carolina office. His practice focuses on sophisticated estate tax planning for high net worth clients and helping family businesses with successful transition strategies. He works with clients throughout Western North Carolina and as far east as the Charlotte area.

A North Carolina native, Patrick joined the firm in 2005 after practicing in a boutique estate planning and tax practice in the Pinehurst area.
