Strauss & Associates Welcomes New Associates

For Immediate Release – Asheville, NC – July 25, 2015 – The Asheville and Hendersonville estate planning and business law firm of Strauss Attorneys PLLC. is pleased to announce that Lorin G. Page and Erica M. Erickson have recently become associated with the firm.

Erica is a 2015 graduate of Hamline University School of Law, with honors. She holds her B.A. and B.A.S. from the University of Minnesota, with honors, and majors in psychology, political science, and Spanish. Prior to choosing the law as a career path, Erica dedicated herself to the management of nonprofits providing services to people challenged by mental and physical disabilities. Erica will focus on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid and veterans’ benefit planning, guardianships and probate from the firm’s Hendersonville location. Find out more about Erica here.

Lorin is a 2012 graduate of University of Alabama School of Law, with high honors, and is a 2016 candidate for his LLM in taxation from University of Florida. He holds an undergraduate degree in English from Florida Atlantic University Honors College. Lorin will focus on matters involving Estate Planning, Tax Planning and Controversy, and Business Formation, Transactions and Litigation. He is resident in the firm’s Hendersonville office.
