Attorney David Dean is dedicated to helping families navigate estate and trust administration, as well as the often-complex probate process, with clarity, efficiency, and compassion. He earned his Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law.

He began his legal career as a solo practitioner, where he quickly discovered his passion for trust and estate law. Since 2016, he has focused his practice exclusively in this area, providing clients with knowledgeable guidance, personalized strategies, and practical solutions for their estate planning and probate needs. His commitment to exceptional service has earned him recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Life Beyond the Practice

Outside of his work in estate and trust law, he enjoys spending quality time with his son, Hudson. He also loves playing golf with friends, cheering on the Carolina Panthers, and competing as a natural bodybuilder.
