After completing her undergraduate studies at Goucher College in 2000, Daire pursued her passion for American history at North Carolina State University, earning her M.A. in 2004. She then attended the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2007 and beginning her legal career in Wake County the following year.

Throughout her career, which has included positions at respected firms such as Smith Bowers, PLLC, Strauch Green & Mistretta PC, and her own practice, Roebuck Law, PLLC, Daire has maintained a steady focus on estate planning and trust administration. She has been an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association's Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section since 2008, demonstrating her commitment to staying at the forefront of her field.

Outside of her legal practice, Daire shares her life with her fiancée Heather, a veterinarian, and together they are raising Daire's two children along with their three cats. She finds joy in watching true crime documentaries, engaging in competitive Scrabble games, and spending time at the beach with her family.
